Invoice for 2022 payments

Hello - I need to get an invoice detailing all of my payments for the 2021 calendar year (for my income taxes) as I am self-employed and use this phone as a business phone.

Thx - I started the 'get a ticket' process and looked cumbersome - will def just try instant messaging them. Thx!!

I wouldn't recommend bothering with the ticketing system since it's known to be problematic and bothersome. Just send a private message with all the info agents would need: CS_Agent

@derekjay123   OK, for this particular case, you really need to open a ticket with PM Support.   They might need as many as 3 weeks to prepare

 

To  open a ticket with PM support, click on the Bubble on the lower right or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Follow these these to get to ticket open page quicker:

  1. Type: I need a one-time invoice sent to me
  2. It will give you some options and one of them is "I need a one-time invoice sent to me", click on it,
  3. Then click "Contact Us" , and then click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  4. you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
