Invalid SIM card??

I purchased a SIM card and package at London Drugs..  Received a transfer confirmation email.. worked fine for about 3 hours... Then the SIM card when unregistered?? and it says it is invalid when I try to activate it again?   I am not able to log into the self service or anything, but did get a confirmation email from there as well.

Maybe try to remove the sim card and re-install it.  Reboot your phone too.  The mods take a week to reply at the moment, so do a lot of troubleshooting before waiting. 😄

If you have another phone to test the sim card in, that's always a good way to show if its the sim or the phone.
