to Spain this week and know you don’t do roaming for European travel, so what is the best way to ensure use of my I-phone while there?

If you download Textnow and call forward your Public Mobile phone # to your Textnow phone # you should be able to recieve your PM calls on your phone while in Spain using mobile data or wifi.

Sorry, but public mobile does not work internationally. You will not have any service in Spain or Europe. Best to buy a local sim card and use it while there.

PM has no roaming service in Europe at all. 

So, your only choice is down to local sim card or travel eSIM if compatible

for local sim card, there are many choices, I got from Amazon before, Three Mobile was the one I got

for eSIM , airalo.com is good, I can provide more details if you are interested
