International calling within Canada

I have international long distance minutes. But when I try calling a Belgian number the call does not go through. Does public mobile international minutes cover making outgoing calls to a Belgium number? Or what about receiving calls from a Belgian number.

You can also make your call on WhatsApp if the other party have the app as well.

The other option is to download the TextNow app and make your call through your home WiFi.

Since PM does not support outgoing calls to Belgium, is it possible to make outgoing calls to a Belgian number thru the use of other calling abroad apps like Mytello or Talk360 etc?

you can definitely receiving incoming calls from Belgian  Incoming calls from anywhere in the world does not call you extra

For Long distance calls, PM International calls add-on can only call a small number of counties, Belgian is not part of it.  FYI, this is the list of the countries it can call:

**Intl long distance Add-On included countries: Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela. Calls must originate from Canada.
