Something happened recently. I switched 3 weeks ago, everything was fine all ported over. Now I can't get incoming calls. When people try to call me it goes to Rogers voicemail! Which I do not have anymore. My phone does not ring. I can make outgoing calls and it comes up as my number.
I also tried to open a ticket here but it was quite a pain and I can't find any record of it.
Third, when I signed up it said free sim card. But it wouldn't let me get one. So I went to the Telus store and had to buy one. How do I get a refund for that?

@Mmzah do you still have the old provider sim card?? test it. If it works, the port was never completed
either way, there is a number to call to talk to live support, they can check the porting status for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed

@Mmzah , your number port failed which is why your calls are going to your old provider's voicemail. When you initiate a support ticket you should see something in your inbox about a ticket being successfully initiated. Check the mail icon on the upper right of the community page. In any event, you might be able to recover the previous number port by calling the porting team using the number in the link below. Concerning free SIM, that applies if you activate and have the SIM card shipped by Public Mobile. Telus stores only sell them for a fee. You can ask support about getting perhaps an account credit for the SIM card fee.
