Im unable to receive text messages on my S9 to activate my new telephone number.

That is the problem with the Samsung plastic SIM trays.

They crack easily…ordered spares SIM tray for backup.

@MarcoR are you activating new account or trying to replace sim card on an existing account?

@MarcoR @Are you trying to activate eSIM or physical SIM card

Figured int oil loose SIM card

 

@MarcoR  So do you have access to a phone that can receive texts to and down load app to complete activation

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

Option for email should be there.
