Depends on the participation, could be $1 on the legacy or 1 Point on new, could be $2 or 2 Points as well , or more.

I'm pretty sure the auto pay $2 discount is no longer a thing on the new rewards. Only for those who had it before the new rewards launched.

Only some plans have the 90 days option, usually the high end plans, not the basic one

$15 plan is still 30 days plan, not 90 days.

Sorry I'm not following. Are you asking if the $15 plan comes with a 90 day subscription offer? No, it doesn't. And because the $15 plan is a monthly plan, you can expect rewards monthly on that plan as well.
