INVOICES with no phone numbers

Hi
I cut the land line  off and got a PM cell number.  I have to prove to the credit agency  that is my phone number now to get a lease on a vehicle and they will  not allow it until I show them a receipt from PM with my phone number.   All my invoices (I finally found them here online) do NOT have a phone number on them.     WHERE can I get an PM  invoice to prove to the credit agency that I have a new phone number?

If you want to see your phone number, you can click on Profile.

Once there you will see your SIM, card number, phone number, name, address personal information.  Public Mobile does not do credit checks so not sure if this information will help you to prove your case, but you can see the info there.

Print or take a screenshot.

did you try to screenshot the PM My Account Profile page to show them your name with your phone number?

I am not sure if PM support can prepare you another invoices with your phone number, but you can try

 

Please open ticket with PM support:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at: 
       https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
