I want to know that if I purchase a top up voucher for the above phone number will it be activated as it has not been topped up for about 6 months

You should remove your personal phone number on this public website.
You have 90 days to keep your account activated. After that, your account will be suspended and cancelled.

@Yasmin1 if your plan has not been active for that long, your account would have been closed. You can have a plan in suspension for 90 days and after that, it is closed. To re-activate you will need to purchase a new SIM card and start all over again with a new account.

After 90 days your account is cancelled and deactivated and your phone number goes back to the original provider. Try calling 611 from your phone or 1 855 4PUBLIC and enter your 10 digit phone number. If it says we cant locate your phone number then it's gone and you have to buy a new sim card and start over.
