I was told they was stopping all the points I earned and offered me free data as way of saying sorry, then I seen they was offering people a free month of service that wasn't happy, so I'm wondering how I get this free month of service, I have wrote ever email I have seen online for public Mobile, the next thing after this chat is to write Telus if I can't figure it out, thanks for the help

Some customers have contacted customer service agent to complain about the switch to points system. Some CSAs have been offering some form of account credit. YMMV. NO guarantees. No official response from PM to offer any free month of service.

They are not stopping points, they are switching everyone on the old dollar based rewards program over to the points system rewards. Public Mobile is not offering a month of free service to existing customers.
