@yannickLG Have your Koodo account number, name on the account and Koodo number ready. To complete your port-in request, please open this link and type in “port request” to be put in touch with a Moderator.

@yannickLG, are you on Koodo Prepaid? If you are on Koodo prepaid or have already activated a sim you will need to contact the moderators to port your number. You can do that by creating a trouble ticket through SIMon the chatbot. To start that process click the "?" in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. If you are just activating the SIM and aren't on Koodo prepaid you can port your number in at activation.
