I want my previous number

I had a Public Mobile SIM card and switched to the Koodo plan last year. However, I mistakenly changed my SIM card the day before yesterday, and now I want to get the Public Mobile plan and SIM card again. Is it possible to get my previous number back?

I want my previous number because all my colleagues, friends, and the bank have my old number, and I made a mistake

how changing the sim card yesterday and lost the pone number?  you switched plan to Koodo last year and you ported over the number? or you didn't?

if you didn't, how long was last year?  12 months ago or just 1 month?

if you simply gave up the account within 90 days, the PM account should be just suspended and can be resume.  if longer than 90 days, the account would have been closed.  But tell us exactly how long and what you did with the old PM account

@Aida0mahdavi only chance you have of that is to contact a support agent. You might be lucky since Koodo and Public Mobile are both owned by Telus, but still not guarantees. Contact support agent to see if they can help.

You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot:
https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
(and then type: Customer Support Agent)

Or, if you are having trouble with the Chatbot try sending a private message to:

(note: you will need to be logged into your Community account for this link to work)
