I used my wife's referral code to sign up but I only got 5pts instead of $10 credit as it stated? Under my reward it showed 5pts for the welcome.

The 5 is the one time welcome pts gift. As stated 10 days is too long as I received mine in 2 or 3 days. You would want to reach out to an Agent so they can look into it and if it got lost somewhere along the way, they can manually add it for you and your spouse.

@gmz03120 10 days is too many , PM usually add it within 3 days.
If you wife login to her My Account, does she see your phone number there under Refer-a-Friend?
Since it has been 10 days, I would open a ticket with PM Support to confirm:
1. If you have access to My account: Click on the bubble on the lower right or https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

The $10 credit isn't a reward nor part of the points program. It will show up as an accout credit within 72 hours.
