I ordered a sim 17 days ago and it hasn't arrived. Double checked the address and it's all good. How can i get a refund or new sim card sent to me?

Try Amazon....filled by Amazon .....Sold by Public Mobile.
Or Free on Craigslist or 99 cents on eBay.

@Hrdvsion PM takes as many as 3 weeks to ship SIM card. Given that it has been 17 days, it should come soon, this week

Unfortunately...it could take up to 3 weeks for it to arrive. You could go to a Telus or Koodo kiosk and see if they might have one.
