@Keihan wrote:Get the 50$ plan
Please note that this thread is from nearly 7 months ago. Any questions would have already been answered. As for which plan someone should be on, there isn't any way to know which plan would be best for someone unless we know that person's data usage patterns. Running out of data does not necessarily mean that the $50 plan is needed.

Are you a customer already or are you thinking of signing up?
If you are a customer already:
What plan are you on?
How much more data do you need?
Is it just temporary?

Another option not mentioned so far is you can early renew your existing plan. For this option, you will need moderator team assistance. The moderator team can be reached via private message using smartforms which is initiated by clicking on the ? on the lower right corner of the webpage or try using this link. The guided process will facilitate documentation of the issue or concern and the required resolution which will be submitted to the moderator team. Refer to this announcement link for additional details on smartforms and the ticketing system for moderator team interactions. If use of smartform brings no joy, then use the following direct link to private message the moderator team. Refer to the following knowledge base article for additional information on the moderator team.

@steve8 if you find yourself running out of data too early, and buying 1 or 2 $15 one gig add ons to carry you over. Consider temporarily switching immediately to the $50 hybrid plan. You get 8.5 gigs with autopay and can call the U.S. from within Canada for free. Here's an article on switching plans
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/change-your-plan
This is the plan to switch to
This is how to do it. From within your self service account
If you are already on this plan Contact the moderators as mentioned by @darlicious To renew early. You can also consider asking your neighbours for a guest WiFi password. In exchange for $10 per month. .
Welcome to the community. Stay safe.

@steve8 You can purchase the 1gb data add on for half price at $15 right now. It will remain on your account until fully consumed. If you need a lot more data you can change your plan "now" for a larger data plan but you for go your current plan or you can contact the moderators to renew your current plan early.
