Public Mobile does not want customers using this method. It may work, but customers who do this may receive a slower response.

How did pm owe you 4+tax? Do you mean you had balance of $4?

What is your plan?

How much do you end up paying after rewards?

When is your renewal day?

If you had extra 4 as account balance that would be used against your next cycle payment.

Fort example if you are on $10 plan with autopay, they would use 2 autopay and 4 balance against your cycle, so that 4+tax charged on your credit card.

Ask a moderator to check your account payment. Use Simon the ?tionmark  below type moderator and follow the prompts. 

@uw786 Please provide more detaiils. Generally, you're not going to get a refund. A prepaid account credit is far more likley.
