I got charged by Public mobile 27$ random dollars when the I do not even use their service at all. And quite conveniently there is no customer service.. very dissatisfied.

I would only say problem like this seems to be less in the past year

PubicM will not charge random people with any charge unless it has their credit card credentials.
I tend to disagree my friend. There have been folks here who have reported extra charges to their credit cards for accounts that weren't theirs. Heck, I've even heard of Public Mobile giving members active accounts to other customers.
Hey @Jess420 . This is very simple. Don't even bother dealing with Public Mobile as it will be more of a headache dealing with them. Just contact your bank or credit card company and have the fees reversed. Simple as that.
