@IsidroFuertes12 - have you ever created a self serve account before? If you activated in-store, you may not have done this yet.

When you create your account, did you use the same email address?
Just click on your avatar then click on My Settings and it will show your email address.

@IsidroFuertes12 Do you have a rough idea what the email might me? If yes, login to all your known email accounts and look for a welcome email sent by Public Mobile when you activated. If you can't get find that, you will need to contact CS_Agent to get your account verified and get the email information.
