I didn't receive my Physical USIM card

On Dec. 28, I bought a promotion plan to switch to publicmobile. The PLAN should give me a free USIM (Physical USIM).
But I haven't received that USIM yet, and neither did my family who bought the same PLAN.
One of  my family member found out that if he bought a USIM at a nearby STORE,
you will give him back the money after he activates the account.
And the he advised me to do the same.
So I am sending you this email.
I also want to check if I can get the amount back when I buy a physical card and activate it.

Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks

However, since it has been way over 3 weeks from Dec 28,  you should open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way.  They might offer to resend you another one or ask you to buy one form local Telus/Koodo/MobileKlink store and reimburse you the extra cost
