I cannot send/receive photos via text

I'm not sure if my data is working. I've never had problems sending or receiving photos through text until the other day. When I try to send a photo, the mms just spins and won't send the text. When someone sends me a photo, I can't access the text unless I download it. Every download fails. Is this a problem with my sim card or my phone, a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge? Thanks for your help.

S7 was released back in 2016 and could be affected by this announcement

Try this,  click Reset All networks or Reset network settings to get the latest APN

Also, you can make a manual update, here are the old and new settings

Old settings:

APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: 74.49.0.18
MMS port: 80
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
APN Type: default,supl,mms
                             or        default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri

New Settings:

APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
APN Type: default,supl,mms
