I cannot port my number as my old service provider's SIM is lost.

Can a live person please help me transfer my number from Koodo?
I am without service from past 2 days. My previous SIM from Koodo is lost.
Koodo has a note on my account that I want to transfer the number, and my account at Koodo is suspended.

Please please help.

Explain your situation to them, they might be able to help since Koodo and PM are both owned by Telus. Remember to tell them that your Koodo account is suspended, they have a way of dealing with this.

Just to add to what I wrote earlier, you don't need your old sim card but your Koodo's account must still be active for the port to work. If your Koodo's account is already closed then I don't think you can port your old number now

Hopefully a mod can chime in but you can port the number in yourself during activation I believe. You just need your phone number that you want to port in and your Koodo's account number
