Please open ticket quick if you need this resolved sooner.  

 

It sounds different, but it is not bad.  You open a ticket , you just come and check the inbox every 15 mins instead of on hold on the phone for the full hours

It does not let me Reset Password... seems they disabled my account

HI @cira777   If it is just locked, it has been over an  hour and if you tried, it should work now

 

Look like you need the password reset.  Please follow the steps above to open ticket.  CS Agent will reply via Community inbox .

HI @cira777   Did you try Reset Password already and unable to enter the correct email address or not able to answer the security question?  If that is the case, please open a ticket with PM Support to have your password reset  at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

 

  1. First type: "Forgot log in information"
  2. Then Click "Contact Us"
  3. Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
    you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

What is the issue? Too many attempts? Then wait 1hour before trying again with correct password. If it does not work contact agent for assistance:
