I can’t receive calls or texts

Try waiting 2 days I had a issue where I couldn’t receive phone calls after 2 days it started working for me

Sounds like a stuck port.

Send the mods a private message by clicking here and providing your email address, phone number and a description of your problem.

It's not an uncommon issue and the mods will be able to fix you up. 🙂

Yea I did port my number and I could make calls and text before but now I switched I can’t anymore if you can help me that would be awesome

Can you receive call or text using your old SIM?

If yes, your number is not fully ported to Public Mobile yet.  Wait a couple of hours.

Did you port your phone number from another provider? Are you able to make calls or send text messages? Were your calls and texting working before?
