I can't receive any calls it go straight to mail box

@Mavica   If you're a long-time customer make sure you don't have silent mode or something similar turned on accidentally (such as by the little switch on the left above the volume buttons on iPhone).  If you're a new subscriber then you need to contact customer service as already indicated.

I think you are existing subscriber and not newly activated?

Try to reboot your phone first, then change your network mode on the phone to 3G and check if it helps.  If it works, leave it there for a day before changing back to Automatic 

If it does not work, put your sim card in another phone and test.  This can force an account reprovision and could resolve your issue

if nothing works, then please open ticket with PM support and they can reprovision the account from their end:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
