I can't open a ticket without SMS access

Hi

I changed from Bell to Public some days ago. I can access data, make and receive calls, but I can't make or receive SMS messages.

I tried opening a ticket or asking the bot to speak with a human to help me, but then it sends me to a login screen. When I type my user and password it asks for a code that was sent to me by SMS. But my SMS is not working.

So I can't open a ticket or speak with a human.

Help plz

@Diogo Publix mobile does not have phone support all online.

Usually you can click to get the code by email instead. If it's not work either then you can message PM directly though the link below.

They are are of the SMS issues and are working on a fix. Try resetting your network and rebooting.  If it still doesn't work message then to fix for you.

I posted in my second account (this one) because I cant post on the account with the actual phone number because of the login thing.

Yes, I waited for more than 5 hours, tried turning it on and off again several times, the device receives SMSs if I put someone else's SIM card.
