I've tried to get a ticket. I get the error code. Then when I go back, I try typing in @CS_Agent it says not found. Then I select "No" When it asks if I got ticket. I do all it asks me and still no ticket. Thank you.

OK. Thanks for the heads up. Just so you know, you won't get a refund per say. You'll only get a credit put on your account. That's how it works here.

I just needed a refund because I bought the wrong addon.

The ticketing system is finicky. Is there a specific question or concern that the community members can help with. We are customers like yourself, but often can provide advice that would solve other member's issues without the need to get CSA involved. Usually takes a few hours for CSA to respond.
