I can not log in to my account and my account seems to be suspended. Please help. I can not even find my account.

@davidzid : The system only makes one attempt. It if fails...suspend. Make a payment to get your Available Funds up to or more than your plan cost and it should renew.

I have made every month payment since June. This month's could not be charged because I did not realize that I had no money in my account. But my account is not overdrawn anymore so I am not sure why my plan did not renew

Reactivate A Suspended Plan
Missed a payment? After your plan expires, all you need to do is top-up your balance to keep the current plan going. @davidzid are you still having service with PM now or at least not long ago?? if you have no service for over 90 days (account suspended and not pay for over 90 days), likely the account is permanently closed.
You will need to get a new PM SIM and activate a new account.

you can Remove your credit card and Logout and
you can try it for a different Browser and incognito mode,
close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,

and just make sure your Browser is up to date update

and if you use a home internet please do one thing take your power internet off for about
a 1 minute and put it back on,to refreshing your network,
and log in and re entered your credit details,
just make sure your credit card number and your address match the same,
sometime your typing but is a one word or letter or number is a wrong or is missing just make sure for it.

1. sign in to Self-Serve. Once signed in,
2. click on the ‘Payment’ tab,
then scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Manage my card’.
