I can not contact to technical support

because system is making oops when I want submit the ticket?

Anyone can tell me is any other solution to contact them?

You can send a direct message to CS_Agent, I had to do the same as the ticket system kept giving 404 errors.

is any way to reset my voicemail, it means to restore that to the "factory" stage?

I am still waiting for a week now and still haven’t got back to me. This is not the norm. In the past, they got back to me in a couple of hours.

It will be faster if we can help you with your technical issue. If not, you will have to wait unfortunately.

Hi I just had to rename my community name to be able to get in from my account page.  I cant tell if you are having that same problem but once I renamed my community name, I was able to see that I can access the community forum.  Hope that helps.
