I am unable to "confirm your identity"

Hi there, 

I am setting up a new plan. My new public mobile # is ###-###-####. When I put the sim card in phone to get set up, it is asking me to confirm my identity because "you're logging in from an unknown device." and it has sent a 6 digit code to *******### but I am not receiving any SMS or call with a 6 digit code on my device with the new public mobile SIM. I have tried resending the code several times and nothing changes. I have already paid for the new subscription.

Oh man. I thought this was a private message to tech support. I removed the personal info. 

The actual issue was that my phone was in airplane mode. Lol. After turning that off I got the text as I should.. 😅

First ''Community'' is a public forum, so it is better to remove your personal information like your phone number. Click on the arrow on the upper right corner and you will have the option to modify your message.

For the 6 digits code, when you ask to resend do you have the email option ?
