I ported over to PM from Fido yesterday.
My phone seems to work fine except I am not getting the OTS SMS from Public Mobile to finalize my setup. So, I can't access My Account via website nor app as they send the code to the phone number, but I am not getting it.
I tried to reset my password, tried to press send code again 4 times to see if they will send the code to email. Nothing works.
Any help would be appreciated.

I am on the PM network. I have took out the Fido SIM.

You should check that your phone still isn't on your Fido plan. Check network settings and disable the Fido SIM or network.
