How to make Public Mobile sim and service to work on Ipad Cellular?

I bought a used Ipad Pro 11 4th gen 5G.
After inserting the sim, it says 3G and can't connect to the internet.
To isolate the problem, I reset the ipad to factory and still the same.

I changed the sim to Koodo, Freedom Mobile and Lucky Mobile problem solve.
I put the Public mobile sim to Android and Iphone without any problem. They just don't like Ipads.

Unfortunately, it's not an APN configuration because it's not showing in the Cellular settings when Public Mobile sim is inserted.

When Koodo, freedom and Lucky sims are in the Ipad, everything is configured automatically plus the APN configuration is showing up.

@RonGo: While I haven't tried this myself I think generally PM should support iPads as if you look at prior thread related to this such as https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Get-Support/IPad-data/m-p/962805#M666412 there's evidence that that is the case. I wonder if there's a network band issue there. @RonGo  pm dosent support iPad  just have to hot spot your cell data to it instead
