How to reactivate my plan

My auto-pay credit card expired in Nov2023 and I forgot about it. As such my account has been suspended since 25Dec2023. Now I want to reactivate my account and I have updated the credit card info. But my account still shows "deactivated". How do I reactivate it before I lose my account forever at 90th day (25Mar2024). Thank you.

Don’t leave the nonpayment for longer than 90 days or your account will be closed, SIM will be useless and your number will be returned to the carrier you got the number from.

Meanwhile, just purchase a voucher and dial 611 and enter the voucher number and pin to regain service from these locations:

7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples

@Liv_dyh make a payment by clicking on Pay and Resume Services.  

If that does not work and you got an error message, open ticket with PM support and they can help

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
