How to link an existing phone number to a newly signed up online account?

When I opened a public mobile account about 4 years ago, I signed up an auto payment. Now My saved credit card is expired, I tried to registered an public mobile online account to update payment methods to be able to pay automatically. But under the My account, it's empty. How do I link the the existing phone number to an online account?

Since you have been a longtime member. You will need to create an Eversafe ID to link your account information and your Community account. 
Click on Sign Up so you can sign to your account and update your CC information in the Payment section.

@Soho  Ok so in that case you never created the online account after you left Walmart with working SIM card . You will need to contact support to help you create the account now

I have never linked this number to any online accounts. The auto payment was set up by the sales when i purchased the sim card in Walmart 4 years ago.

@Soho  You can’t transfer PM number from one account to another new PM account . You would have to list the first pm number out to new provider and then lift it back in on the newly created account
