@Seansphone we are just customera like you. I suggest you to open another ticket and push them for escalation
at the same time, what brand and model your phones are? Out the PM sim cards in the the other phones (yours8m into your wife's phone and vice versa ). By doing so, it will force a sim re-provision and could resolve the issue

Have already created a ticket with CS. The only response I’m receiving is that my ticket is getting closed. No one has contacted me to help. Just to say ticket is closed.
phine works 90% of the time. Cell surface is disrupted with dropped calls daily and choppy calls. And data is intermittent at times.
has been problematic since I switched me and my wife over from Bell. Both phones same issue. New iPhones. Only change has been the carrier.
i would love for someone to reach out to investigate and help please. I am happy staying with Public just need these issues resolved.

new activation or existing subscriber for some time??
what phone do you have?? did you try in different area?? maybe try you sim card in another phone??
but it is true some experiencing some drop calls issues. You can ask support agent to re-provision you account and it should help :
