How to get most resent pricing?

I’m paying $70 for a plan with 15gb but now for $70 I should be getting 20gb based on current  prices.

How can I get this reflected on my account without having to wait till my renewal or loosing a month of funds?

@reggievenne    If you find 15GB is more than enough data for your use, you could instead drop down to the $60 which offers 15GB (15.5GB with autopay) and save yourself $10/cycle?

It's always advised to Change at Next Renewal regardless of which plan you change to unless you are in immediate need of extra data.

If you are completely out of data and maybe just have a few days remaining, consider doing an immediate plan change to the new plan. Yes you lose those few days but there’s no data left on the plan anyway so you aren’t losing much and you are back “online” instantly.

If you have recently renewed and you just don’t think you have enough data to get all the way through the 30 days, stay put until you’ve used up all the plan data and THEN do the plan change as above.

Other option is to schedule the plan change for your next renewal and get by on wifi OR purchase a one time data add-on to get you to that renewal.

If you JUST RECENTLY renewed, you might want to try your luck with the Customer Service Agents to see if they'll 'add' a 1-time 5GB to the account to mirror the current $70 plan provisions.   Then, you can just go-ahead and plan a change for next renewal.

Certainly no guarantees, but it is not an unreasonable ask for paying a high-end plan with that current data allotment.

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:

  1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select contact Customer Support Agent, then select other (or the topic that more closely matches your request).  Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts,  or,
  2. Send a private message to the Customer Support Agent by clicking here  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

@reggievenne You need to go to your account and do a plan change.  Don't try to get the new plan with an immediate change or else you will lose the time on your old plan. Do a scheduled change. You'll have to wait until the next renewal to get the increased data amount.
