How to get a hold of customer service

Was double charged. How do I get a hold of someone to fixed this?

@Laura32   Are you sure both charges went through and one wasn't just pending?  If so you can contact customer service via the chatbot bottom right as @Brianna182 said.  Since it an act up sometimes, if that doesn't work then send a private message to support using this link

You can open a customer service ticket through the chatbot on the lower right
