How report bad cell (signal) service

pass few months started seeing LTE on mobile and number of bars 1 or less most times. Since many people in my town A0N 1T1 complaining of same issue but uses difference services (Bell, Telus. etc) I expect issue is at the tower source. I used an app to show how strong signals are but all towers in my reach basically saying no signal.

How we report tower issues? I mean I don't have a Telus account but PM so how I contact Telus to report the issue?

what phone you have? if yuur phone manages to show you signal is LTE and 4G, when it shows 4G, it is in fact using 3G (i know, weird and confusing)

I think your trouble is getting true LTE. 

does your phone support 5G?

Thx for the help

solved issue for now by switching off auto network for 4g

set to 3g seems be stable and working

when 4g is on..

4g plus data on signal goes wonky - LTE mode

4g with data off - 4g talk no issues - 4g mode

3g with data on - normal

maybe due we 4g talk and 3g data so the LTE system not handling that correctly

@Randolph do you have trouble mainly with data or voice?

if voice is an issue, try to change to 3G network

if data,  try change to both 3G or 5G see if it helps
