Activated a new line at a retailer on Sept 22 but due to their incompetence, they must have typed my email address wrong. So have I haven't been able to get into self serve yet, can't setup AutoPay etc. I submitted a ticket on the same day and hasn't been addressed after 72 hrs. How much longer do support tickets take?

Thanks, my issues were address. I wasn't aware that it would be in the form of a PM. I had kept checking my email.

Have you tried to set up an account with the same email address already. At some retailers, the activation does not include the "My Account" setup??

Usually within 48 hours, but if busy, can be 3-4 days. From my understanding though, the wait times have been quicker recently. If you have not hear back by this evening, you might want to send another ticket for moderator help.
