I switched over on sunday, and authorized the transfer for my mobile but its been 3 days now and still havent been able to receive texts or calls or voicemails. I tried re transfering the number today but still havent seen or heard anything.

To confirm if porting is completed, put your old SIM back in your phone.
If it works then porting was not completed.
If it doesn’t work then porting is completed but you need to power off the phone before switching to the PM SIM.

@Yungadhd did you receive a text from your previous carrier confirming the port? Everything should've been working by now. Once you inserted or put the PM SIM card in the phone what happens?
You can restart your phone to see if the PM name appers across the top.
Is your old carrier service still active?
If nothings happens sign back into the app, and send a message for PM to review and fix.
