How do I lock my sim so it can’t be swapped?

I have been sim swapped once before and I have concerns someone may try again. 

I want to lock my sim and make it so that no one can swap my service out without me receiving a phone call and chatting with an agent first. 

I don’t want to be able to request a swap online. Can that feature be disabled?

Only way is to use a strong password. If you have an iPhone, you might want to Lock the SIM but remember this locks the SIM if it is misplaced.

@gingeroni You can't directly do it, but what you can do is make sure that you have a very strong unguessable and unique password for Public Mobile.  I'd suggest at least 12 random characters and preferably 20.  If no one can get into your account, they can't SIM swap you at PM since they can't go to a store to try to social-engineer a store employee to do it.
