How do I close my account?

I accidently added the wrong number on account creation and now it's just asking me to verify it without giving me any access to the account.... erroneously charging me for a service not provided and there's no contact number.

0/10 experience and going to the CRTC shortly.

There is also you can choose your email to receive the code , see the picture, you just click “didn’t get the code “, then you can choose your email to receive the code

use this link and you can open ticket by messaging PM support:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

You just entered wrong number, you might not need to close the account , support agent can sort it out.  Please use the link to message

And the ticketing system is absolute trash. Moving to dispute with CC provider.
