How do I change to paperless billing, or am I already paperless?

No paper billing option.

if you need, see it or print it from my account.

There is also no pdf download either. Take screenshots or contact @LurganIeUk  for an excel file to transfer billing for your own records or a template for billing printouts.

It had to happen eventually!

 

For every Ten Thousand customers who ask HOW to get a paper bill here one had to come along wanting PAPERLESS! This will be the easiest thing to “fix” at PM all month!

at public mobile no paper billing is it in your account when you go sign in to Self-Serve, to review your account, You see all under Payment History..

@Public-comm Public Mobile is pretty much "bill-less"   🙂  Not really any downloadable bill too.  You will need to check the Transaction History.

 

But it you need a paper bill, you can still request one, but it will take time for PM to prepare

PM is in the 21st Century. No paper billing.

You can log into your Self Serve account and go to View Payment History (drop down to Last 30 days) and print it out from your printer.

There is no billing, paperless or not.

You'll need to keep tab on payment (even with autopay activated), otherwise account could get suspended (and closed after 90 days).
