How do I cancel?

I’ve had to transfer my number and service and no longer need service from public mobile. I can’t find a way to cancel on the website, can someone help?

Transfer number closes your account.

If you ported your number to another mobile company, your PM account is automatically closed.  You will not be able to access your old PM account.  You won't be charged further.  Just in case, you may want to monitor your credit card statement for the next month.

once you port away, your account is closed down automatically. No need to visit website unless shopping for deals.

added...use this link to message a CSA to remove any credit card info from old account.
