How do I activate a new sim for an existing account?

Do you mean adding a different phone number/SIM card to your existing account?  With Public mobile, each account/phone number needs its own individual email address login.  Can't have two numbers on one account/login. 

 

If you mean changing SIM cards, you can switch via your self service account.

@gqdaddy   for an existing account?  So, you are replacing an old sim card that was broken or lost?

 

Go to My Account from ONLY a desktop or laptop computer to request Change Sim card (please note that due to some glitches, accessing change sim care from mobile phone or tablet won't work)

 

After you logged in, unsuspend first if you have suspended your service earlier.

Then click Quick Links on the top right and select Change Sim card and follow the steps:
