@lunagan83 the system is setup to use your monthly allotment first before add-on.
could be an app cache or browser cache problem , try login using a browser with Incognito mode and check usage again

Are you sure it's using your add-ons? If the add-ons have carried over from a previous cycle then their usage may be higher than your plan.

That is strange. You should contact a CS_Agent to investigate by clicking on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket.

No I just checked the history and it’s using my adds on first but monthly allotment is not used at all.

You can’t setup to use your Add-on bonus first.
It will use your monthly data then it will eatup your bonus data.
