How can I give up?

With the new pricing in effect making it not worthwhile as well as a complete lack of success in changing over to Public Mobile's service.  How do I opt out?

I would contact the mods to find out. It's a prepaid plan so I'm not sure if it works the same way as post-paid plans. Good luck.

typically if you have paid than that money is gone.

by new pricing do you mean the regular 6gb/provincial calling and global texting for $120/90 days?

Is there similar pricing by other carriers for a similar plan?

Hey @jesseberg, if you attempted to activate new line during the promo period, you keep paying that price once your line is up and running.. even if it takes 2-3 weeks to sort it all out.  The new prices in effect are for new customers that join after the promo period expired.

If you wish to opt out, the only way to do so is by contacting PM support staff.  Either a private message to any one of the mods or a webmail via the "Get Help" page. Include the sim card number to help speed things up.
