How can I cancel my service when I no longer needed?

I have trouble login to my account. How can I cancel or unsubscribe my service with Public Mobile? Thanks!

@tekh  You can port the number or ask support to remove  the credit card on file right away 

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen 

If that doesn’t work you can always send private message to support to fix
