How Do I redeem points to lower bill?

Hello guys, Im just writing this as I was wondering how to lower my billy payments using my public mobile points. Would it be under the add-on section? And if so, would the option only be available once in a while or something? Please let me know as I'm a new member.

As previously mentioned by everyone else yes that's how you would accumulate your points and use them, me usually when I have a 5$ balance in rewards it automatically gets used towards my next bill so instead of it being 50 it'll be 45 which does help, but that's just me I have a hard time saving things for a while, but it seems better doing it the way everyone else has explained! & yes getting friends and family to join using your code and answering and helping others in the community will help you accumulate more rewards also! All redemptions are done within your rewards account (in your self serve account). Once you accumulate 15 points you can redeem them for $15 bill credits. Or you can redeem for discounted add ons starting at 5 points. All accounts start with 5 welcome points and will recieve 10 points automatically on your yearly anniversary of your activation with public mobile. Hello @Kath4 , You had asked if the option to redeem points would only be available once in a while. The answer is yes, and depends on how quickly you can reach the minimum redemption of 15 points = $15.00. If only collecting points for 5% of the value of your plan, the time it would take is dependent on the plan itself. For example, a $50 plan would earn 2.5 points every 30 days (= $2.50), and would take 6 x 30 days (6 months) to reach 15 points (= $15.00). If you receive additional points for referrals or give back, you might reach the minimum 15 point redemption level more often. Hope this helps.

To help you collect points faster to build up 15 points is you use your referral code and try to have friends and family join PM.

first, you receive 5% in Public Points for all spending in PM

Correct to 15 points and you can redeem for $15 bil credit.  Or you can also use points to redeem for different add-ons

To redeem your points, login to My Account, then go to Rewards tab and click Reward ports to access the rewards portal.  When you are there, click the Catalogue and they will show you all the possible choices to redeem.  Bill credit or add-on redemption usually complete within an hour
