I have been trying to.get assistance with my account for 3 weeks now qnd cannot because I'm not always around wifi . I have money sitting in my account waiting for the system to.lwt me in so I can renew my plan. It says let's continue your session and then nothing. Also I stopped my easy monthly load up because I figured out it was taking double payments for 2 different dates off credit card. Not interested in chatting with q chat bot. NEED SO HELP HERE. PLEASE PLEASE.

How can you say Public Mobile is horrible service? If you did your homework before you signed up, you would know that everything is done through these forums. To my recollection, this is the first time I've seen you here asking for assistance. And if you don't have WiFi or internet to come to these forums for the last 3 weeks, how is that horrible service?
So let's try this again shall we? Can you please describe to us what issues you're having so we can assist you in trying to fix the problems you're having.

Did you try rebooting your phone by powering off then back on?
If you stopped Subscribed (AutoPay), you can call 1-855-4PUBLIC to resume service.

@marcella If you remember your 4 digit PIN code you can make payment *611 or with payment vouchers *611 no pin needed . But to connect with customer support you can private message them for help also
