I receive my Sim card registered online paid for the package online and no activation email was received and now the phone is not active and I cannot sign in and I cannot reach anyone can you please help me and tell me what to do

Ask the mods for a refund, what are you doing signing up for these plans at these new ridiculous prices. 

Send a msg to mod they will look after you
Send a private message with your ph#, sim# and your email mod and they will get back to you when they can.
